He stared right into the mirror and the reflection is just the same. Vampire. A fierce looking one.

Zas walked down the spiral staircase and was met with applause and cheering.
"Let's welcome our new member, he shall be named Jed. He is going to be a brave warrior. I assure you all." announced Charles." This is Tiara, Micky, Rynner and Emily." he introduced him to them. They are all, like him, had fairly pale face. Tiara had great green eyes, Micky's purple, Rynner's yellow and Emily's blue.
They all shook hands with him.

Zas began a new life with the name of Jed. He learned to control his hunger, often in a painful process, having to use chains to restrict his movements. "We can't attack humans and risking anybody knowing that we exist. If they do, all hell's gonna break loose." Charles often reminded him.
The things Zas enjoyed about being a vampire was the speed and energy. He is able to run really fast compared to his oldself and being able to getting the whole tree down just by kicking it. He also had better sense of smell and vision. What he didn't like was having to be stuck in the house during daytime. Once, he opened the door during daytime and was struck by the ray, sending him shouting in pain. "That's why we don't goout for picnics," said Tiara, Emily chuckled.
They will go hunting in the night for the blood of animals. Darting around the woods without any campers noticing.
"Jed, you look asian, don't you?"said Tiara.
"I don't know, maybe."Zas shrugged."Honestly, I just woke up one day and I am already like this. Who was I, where did I came from and how did all this happened. I'm utterly clueless."
Rynner intercepted. "I honestly think you are. I remember that you 'died' at the valley covered in bruises and blood. And oh, you were --
Zas rushed towards him and holding his shoulder. " Died? Please tell me everything. Who I really am? "
"Gosh, I really don't know." Rynner brushed him off and went away.
